Did you know that you can access your child support information online? Customer Connect is California’s self-service child support system designed to give you access to your case information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What can you do with access to Customer Connect?

  • Update your account information (i.e. address, employer, etc.)
  • View payment information
  • Verify court dates and appointments

What do you need to set up an account?

  • Participant ID number or Social Security number
  • Customer Connect PIN
    • Don’t have a PIN? No worries, we can generate one for you!
      • You can request a PIN online , via email or call our office at 866-901-3212
