This email is a follow-up to our recent letter about the new annual Mobile Food Facility (MFF) renewal inspection process. (This email is included in Vietnamese and Spanish)
As a reminder, all MFF permits will now expire annually on April 30. Renewal packets should be submitted before scheduling your inspection so we can complete the review and avoid delays. Renewal inspection will continue to be conducted at our office vehicle inspection area on Berger Drive.
Renewal inspection period
Renewal inspection will take place between March 16 and April 24 (approximately 6 weeks).

To help manage scheduling, the sign-up window will open in two-week blocks. If you do not see a time that works for you, please check back when the next block opens.
Before scheduling your inspection
Make sure your renewal packet has been submitted and is complete
Review and complete the attached MFF Self-Inspection Checklist before your appointment
Bring your vehicle ready for inspection on the day of your appointment
Submitting your renewal packet early helps our staff review your materials, request any missing items if needed, and keep inspections moving smoothly.
Missed appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible so the time can be offered to another operator. Missed appointments or late cancellations may delay your renewal. Call 408-918-1908 to cancel on the day of your appointment.

Este correo electrónico es un seguimiento a nuestra carta reciente sobre el nuevo proceso
anual de inspección para la renovación de permisos de Instalaciones Móviles de Alimentos
(MFF, por sus siglas en inglés).
Como un recordatorio, todos los permisos de MFF ahora vencerán anualmente el 30 de
abril. Enviar su paquete de renovación antes de programar su inspección para poder
completar la revisión y evitar retrasos. La inspección de renovación continuará
realizándose en el área de inspección de vehículos de nuestra oficina en Berger Drive.
Período de inspección de renovación
Las inspecciones de renovación se realizarán entre el 16 de marzo y el 24 de abril
(aproximadamente 6 semanas).

Para ayudar a gestionar la programación, la ventana de registro se abrirá en bloques de dos
semanas. Si no ve un horario que le funcione, vuelva a consultar cuando se abra el
siguiente bloque.
Antes de programar su inspección
• Asegúrese de que su paquete de renovación haya sido enviado y esté completo
• Revise y complete la lista de verificación de autoinspección MFF adjunta antes de su cita
• Lleve su vehículo listo para la inspección el día de su cita
Enviar su paquete de renovación con anticipación ayuda a nuestro personal a revisar sus
materiales, solicitar cualquier elemento faltante si es necesario y mantener las
inspecciones en movimiento sin contratiempos.
Citas perdidas
Si necesita cancelar o reprogramar, hágalo lo antes posible para que el horario pueda ser
ofrecido a otro operador. Las citas perdidas o cancelaciones tardías pueden retrasar su
renovación. Llame al 408-918-1908 para cancelar el mismo día de su cita.

thấy thời gian phù hợp, vui lòng kiểm tra lại để biết lần ghi danh kế.
Trước khi lên lịch kiểm tra
• Bảo đảm hồ sơ gia hạn của quý vị đã được nộp và hoàn chỉnh
• Xem xét và hoàn thành Danh sách Tự Kiểm Tra MFF đính kèm theo đây trước cuộc hẹn
• Mang xe của quý vị trong tình trạng sẵn sàng để được kiểm tra vào ngày hẹn
Nộp hồ sơ gia hạn sớm giúp nhân viên của chúng tôi xem xét hồ sơ, yêu cầu bổ sung nếu
cần và giữ cho quá trình kiểm tra diễn ra suôn sẻ.
Cuộc hẹn bị bỏ lỡ
Nếu quý vị cần hủy cuộc hẹn hoặc đổi lịch hẹn, vui lòng thực hiện càng sớm càng tốt để
thời gian đó có thể được dành cho người khác. Cuộc hẹn bị bỏ lỡ hoặc hủy muộn có thể làm chậm quá trình gia hạn. Gọi 408-918-1908 để hủy vào ngày hẹn.
