Schedule Update!
In order to ensure enough time to cover maternal and infant health indicators and allow time to vote for priorities the January 25 meeting will begin at 9:30 am sharp! We encourage you to arrive or log in early.
- In person doors will open at 9 am to allow time for travel, sign-in, networking, and refreshments.
- The virtual room in Zoom will also open at 9 am but meeting facilitation will not start until 9:30 am.
Another important update:
Social determinants of health (SDOH) indicator data was scheduled to be presented at the March 7th meeting. However, because SDOH impact each of the MCAH populations, SDOH indicators will be shared within each of the meetings as they relate to the populations being presented.

Prioritization Criteria
How will we decide what is a priority in Santa Clara County?
As participants of the MCAH Title V Needs Assessment, you are tasked to prioritize the needs of the MCAH priority populations in Santa Clara County (SCC) based on available data that will be presented at each of the scheduled meetings.
To help in selecting those priorities, we are using the following criteria:
Data Informed Criteria
MCAH Program Staff and Stakeholder Informed Criteria
If you have additional decision criteria that should be included, please send us a message at MCAH@phd.sccgov.org.
