Reporting for the 2023-2024 school year is now open!

- Pre-kindergarten/child care (ages 2-5 years)
- TK/K (not 1st grade)
- 7th grade (not 8th grade)
Reporting deadline: December 1, 2023

The new reporting site will now be accessed through the CAIR Hub. You will need to: 1. Register for a CAIR Hub account (SCRL users already have one) 2. Set up a user profile 3. Log in to CAIR Hub to report using the Immunization Reporting application on your dashboard.
If you need technical help, please email CAIRHub@cdph.ca.gov. Once you are registered, you can log in to CAIR Hub and access the Immunization Reporting application on your dashboard.
