Dear Neighbors,
We are thrilled to share the new 2023-2026 Strategic Plan for the County of Santa Clara Public Health Department. The plan highlights the priorities for the next three years, which cover five areas:
· Racial and Health Equity
· Workforce Development and Staff Engagement
After being in emergency mode for so many years due to COVID, we’re grateful to have the opportunity to broaden the focus once more to core public health functions. We have much exciting work to look forward to in the next three years, all of which will support our mission to protect and improve the health and well-being of the community.
