The City of Santa Clara is pleased to announce that the Passero, a multi-family development located at 2230 Calle Del Mundo, will offer 48 below market-rate apartments for rent. These units will include a mix of 1 and 2-bedroom units, providing more affordable options for the community.
Applications for the virtual lottery must be submitted between May 22 to June 5, 2025, online through the Passero webpage or the Doorway Housing Portal. The lottery will produce a ranked list that takes into account the City’s local preference policy, which will then be used as a waitlist. Applicants will be required to create an account before applying. The Virtual Lottery will be held on June 19, 2025.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must fall under the appropriate income level and be able to pass income verification to be eligible for the program. Program income limits are based on Area Median Income (AMI) of the City of Santa Clara.
