Be a part of the Committee that provides oversight, transparency, and accountability for significant investment in Santa Clara.

As a Committee Member, you will:
- Ensure accountability by monitoring project implementation with Bond measure requirements, including the Expenditure Plan.
- Review and report on annual audits to maintain transparency.
- Advise City Council by recommending any proposed changes to the Expenditure Plan.
- Keep the community informed about how Bond funds are being spent.
The Committee will consist of:
- 7 City of Santa Clara residents (6 selected by district and 1 at-large)
- 1 large business representative (50 employees and more)

Committee members will be selected by a lottery process and confirmed by the City Council. Committee members may serve up to two 4-year terms. The Committee is anticipated to meet 3-4 times per year.
