Draft Revisions to Adopted Housing Element
Planning Commission and City Council Hearings
A proposed General Plan Text Amendment to revise the adopted 2023-2031 Housing Element Sites Inventory to remove one site (4701 Patrick Henry Drive) and add a recently approved site (3005 Democracy Way) will be reviewed by Santa Clara's Planning Commission on April 16, 2025.
On April 29, 2025, the City Council will consider the Planning Commission's recommendation on the proposed Amendment.
Agendas, staff reports, and attachments for both hearings will be available 72-hours prior to each meeting through the City's Legislative Public Meetings Calendar page.
