The City of Santa Clara Parks & Recreation Department is developing a Master Plan to help guide the progress of its facilities over the next 10 to 15 years. A Parks & Recreation Master Plan is a strategic document that helps create a framework to improve, protect, and expand parks, facilities, and recreational services now and in the future.
