Join us at the Health & Wellness Fair!
The 8th Annual Health & Wellness Fair returns to celebrate and support older adults’ desire to improve their personal health and provide resources to caregivers responsible for older family members. Join us Friday, May 17, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. in Fremont Park, 1303 Fremont St..
With over 60 exhibitors specializing in health and wellness resources, guests will have access to:
- Community Resources
- Free Blood Pressure Checks provided by the Senior Center Health & Wellness Program
- Information on how to keep healthy and stay safely at home
- Safety net and support services for older adults
- The Hui llima Dancers from the Hui llima Hawaiian Club of Santa Clara will be performing at 10:30 and 11:30 a.m.
- Enjoy a tasty BBQ lunch for $7, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
To support a sustainable lifestyle, we recommend you carpool, walk or ride a bike to the Fair. A free “Bike Watch” area will be provided. Bicycle Energizer Station by Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition will provide a swag bag to those who pledge online to ride their bikes on Bike To Wherever Days.
