National Native American Heritage Month
November is Native American Heritage Month, also referred to as American Indian and Alaska Native Heritage Month. It's a time to celebrate rich and diverse cultures, traditions, and histories as well as acknowledge the important contributions of Native people. It's also a time to educate people about tribes, and the unique challenges Native people have faced both historically and in the present.
Celebrate this November and all year round with one of these great books by an Indigenous writer.
