Celebrate Santa Clara this Saturday at Central Park
Join the community this Saturday, Aug. 21 from 1-5 p.m. for Celebrate Santa Clara event in beautiful Central Park, located at 969 Kiely Blvd. Santa Clara.
Spend the afternoon watching live and local entertainment, browsing art, exploring the kids’ activities, eating delicious food or enjoying a cold beverage.

The Singing Studio - 1:15-1:30 p.m. This singing group will kick off the entertainment for the afternoon! The Singing Studio performers consist of 7 young singers, ages 18 years and younger. The Singing Studio is owned by Jessica Ford, Vocal Coach to more than 15 American Idols and lead singer of the multi-award-winning San Francisco band KARMACODA.
Santa Clara Performance Dance Team - 1:40-1:55 p.m. The Santa Clara Performance & Elite dance teams are comprised of energetic dancers, ages 6-20 years old, who love to dance! This talented group has had the honor of performing at numerous City of Santa Clara events.
Zumba® with Kiana - 2:05-2:20 p.m. Zumba® is a high-energy dance workout that combines both Latin and international rhythms with cardiovascular exercise. Licensed instructor Kiana Tran will take the stage with a few seasoned Zumba participants. Audience members will be encouraged to join the party by dancing to the choreographed routines.
Sean's Music Factory - 2:30-2:45 p.m. Sean's Music Factory provides an Interactive musical performance with music props, dancing and singing. He also advocates music development for 6 years old and under, plus their families through Teacher Sean's Music Factory, a licensed Music Together Center.
The Houserockers - 3:30-5 p.m. The Houserockers are one of the hardest working and in-demand bands in Northern California. They are known for their over-the-top, high-energy set lists include, Bruno Mars, Earth, Wind and Fire, Springsteen, The Rolling Stones, Huey Lewis, Stevie Wonder, Jessie J, The Romantics, Van Morrison and The Ohio Players. Fusing elements of rock, funk, soul and R & B with occasional forays into rap and country - the band turns every performance into a house party.

Peninsula Gymnastics- The City's Gymnastics vendor will be onsite with a floor exercise station. Children will get some exercise and learn a new skill on the parallel or standing bars. If you like what you see, why not register for a class. View fall gymnastics offerings.

Carnival Games- Get ready to try your hand at a variety of free carnival games. Ball Bingo, Coin Toss, Ring a Peg, Tic Tac Toe and more! Prizes will be waiting for you (while supplies last). Get creative and build a masterpiece with Legos while learning more about the different programs within the church.
