Hello Santa Rosa,

My name is Eddie Alvarez and I’m your outgoing Vice Mayor. I have lived in Santa Rosa my entire life. As a child I played in our parks and creeks. Today, I serve each of you as an elected representative. My heart will always be right here in The City of Roses.

I cherish the honor of being your representative while also experiencing the growth of our city. I care about our neighbors’ safety. Your child should have a safe route to school, you should receive excellent public safety services, and you should feel comfortable walking or biking around our city. When considering policy, I ask myself, "What would little Eddie want?"

It is my goal that your voice is heard and your ideas are considered. Working collaboratively, we are building a Santa Rosa that ensures our way of life for generations to come. Together, we are producing future leaders that care about Santa Rosa as those before us did.
