The City of Santa Rosa is forming a Community Budget Advisory Working Group to support the City in navigating its budget crisis. The group will work closely with the City Manager to explore solutions, provide recommendations, and ensure a variety of community voices are reflected in the budget process. Applications to join this group are due July 31, 2025, and can be submitted via email, mail, or in person.

WaterSmart Irrigation Month Tip: Plant Choice Is Key
Santa Rosa Water has many resources to help you water efficiently during summer, but one key to water-efficient gardening is choosing the right plants and putting them in the right place. Ahead of the fall planting season, learn the principles of plant choice and garden design in our upcoming workshop: Right Plant, Right Place with Linda King. Master Gardener King will walk attendees through the elements of water-efficient garden design in a 15-minute Zoom presentation followed by a 15-minute Q&A.
