City Manager’s Project Update: Final Phase of Neighborhood Road Recovery
The Neighborhood Road Recovery Project is entering its final phase, with slurry seal resurfacing scheduled to begin in mid- to late May. This important work will take place in the Fountaingrove area and is expected to last three to four weeks. Slurry sealing helps preserve the life of the road by sealing cracks and providing a smooth, durable surface. During this phase, streets will be closed for up to one day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and residents are encouraged to move vehicles ahead of time and watch for posted signs. Some short-term inconveniences like limited access, reduced parking, and construction noise are expected. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as this milestone phase wraps up the larger recovery effort. Once complete, only minor punch list work will remain. Thank you for helping us move forward—one street at a time.
