Santa Rosa was named a 2023 Tree City USA by the Arbor Day Foundation to honor its commitment to effective urban forest management. The City achieved this recognition by meeting the four requirements: maintaining a tree board or department, having a tree care ordinance, dedicating an annual community forestry budget of at least $2 per capita, and hosting an Arbor Day observance and proclamation. Administrative Support Supervisor - Confidential (City Manager's Office)
Performs a variety of confidential and complex secretarial and administrative duties for the City Manager and manages the office administrative functions and staff, responds to public records requests and subpoenas, hosts online meetings, and works on special projects. Supervising Electrical Technician - Water
Leads and directs technical staff in the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment and infrastructure throughout the Subregional System, including the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Reclamation System, Biosolids Facility, Geysers Pipeline, Pump Stations, and related City facilities.
