Construction to Begin on Disaster Recovery Project to Build Affordable Apartments in Roseland
All financing is now in place, clearing the way for the construction of the new Burbank Avenue Apartments complex in Roseland, which marks a milestone in Santa Rosa’s wildfire recovery. The project at 1780 Burbank Avenue is the last of five affordable housing developments supported by $38.4 million in federal Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds administered by the City’s Housing Authority.
