The leaves are falling and the holiday decorations are popping up! During this wonderful and busy time of year, we have opportunities for you and your family to enjoy, de-stress, and stay healthy. Join us Dec. 2 and 3 for the 48th Handmade Holiday Crafts Fair—it’s a traditional, Santa Rosa holiday shopping extravaganza! For the kids, now’s the time to snag one of a few spots left in our popular Wa-Tam Winter Camp. And, to keep that nasty holiday bulge at bay (grrrr Grinch!), check out adult dance and fitness classes starting soon.

 Strengthen and Tone Your Body's Core with Lunchtime Pilates Join Autumn Buss on Wednesdays beginning Dec. 6 over the lunch hour for our Lunchtime Pilates class! Pilates is a fun and efficient way to strengthen and tone the body's core muscles - the abdominals, back, hips, and shoulders. Exercises will be performed standing and sitting, kneeling, and lying down. This class is open to students at all levels. Modifications will be offered to make the exercises effective and safe for everyone. REGISTER

 Guest Speaker Series Join us for engaging and educational presentations on a variety of topics in our "Guest Speaker Series" at Person Senior Wing. See upcoming presentations below.
