Free and Reduced Parking Downtown
Through June 30, the city has free and reduced-price parking options at all garages downtown! If you are heading to Old Courthouse Square or anywhere downtown, you can park free for the first hour at all five city parking garages, park free at any of our garages from Monday through Friday between 5 p.m. and 6 a.m. and all day on Saturday and Sunday. In addition, if you prefer a to park meter, then get validated on us. You can get a metered session validated up to $3.15 when using the Passport Parking mobile app (use validation code: PARKSR).
