California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA) is hosting three regional workshops designed to help substance use disorder (SUD) providers better understand the financing, reimbursement, and operational factors that impact SUD services. Attendees will explore Medi-Cal claiming, payment reform, revenue optimization, claim denials, program sustainability, and fiscal compliance practices that support stronger reimbursement outcomes and long-term organizational success. Each workshop is 8 hours and convened in-person.
