This info notice is to provide guidance on the retirement of the legacy Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Cerner Community Behavioral Health (CCBH) and important needed steps for programs and staff. Initial information was shared with providers during our SmartCare User Group meetings throughout the past year and on December 17, 2025, including a plan for communication with details of these changes this month.
