Exhibitor Applications Now Open!
Join us to Connect, Collaborate, and Exhibit at the Live Well Advance & School Summit Connection Hub on October 22 at the San Diego Convention Center. Showcase your organization’s programs, initiatives, and resources with a highly engaged audience as we celebrate 15 years of collective impact.
Exhibitor spaces are free. Priority will be given to Live Well San Diego Recognized Partners. To encourage engagement, interactive booths are required.
Applications are open through July 23.
 Tijuana River Valley Sewage Community Survey Results Complete
The results are in from a second, larger community survey where 2,099 people in San Diego’s South Bay completed questionnaires about their experiences living, working or recreating near the Tijuana River Valley and polluted beaches from the border to Coronado.

The County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) invites San Diego youth and young adults (ages 12–25) to participate in the 2025 Scoop From You(th) Challenge: “Piece of Mind.” This challenge encourages participants to use art to explore emotions, increase self-esteem, promote emotional resilience, and support overall wellbeing.
Art submissions may include graphic design, painting, illustration, poetry, short story, dance, music, performance, film, photography, and/or animation.
Participants can win up to $900.

They provide specialized information, family counseling, temporary care, short-term counseling, support groups, legal and financial consultation, professional education, employee resources, and a program called CALMA. SCRC is dedicated to caring for those who care for others.

NEW! Victor's Enhanced Care Management Program
Victor's Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Program is a new service offering through Medi-Cal, designed to support individuals and families facing life and health challenges through coordinated care. The program provides outreach & engagement, enhanced coordination of care, comprehensive assessment & care plan, member and family supports, referral to community & social support services, comprehensive transitional care, and health promotion.

Angels Family Network
Angels is now an enrolled ECM (Enhanced Care Management) provider and currently accepting referrals!
- Angels ECM Services provides intensive, in-home support tailored to each family’s needs.
- Teen Pregnancy & Parenting Resource Center supports young parents through prenatal care, childbirth education, and parenting guidance.
Both programs are designed to reduce barriers, build parenting skills, and connect families with vital resources. These programs serve children and teens with past or present involvement with the child welfare system
There is no waitlist—referrals can be sent to referrals@angelsfoster.org.
