Congratulations! You did it!
We hope this is not the end but the beginning of your fitness journey. Maintain a regular routine of physical activity with 30 minutes a day of moderate exercise, 5 times a week. You can break it up into two or three segments of 10 to 15 minutes per day if you want to. We hope to see you in 2023!

Day 36: RECOVERY - Walk 1 mile or +2200 steps. This is the equivalent of walking 15-20 minutes or jogging about 10 minutes.
