Week #3: Finding New Ways to Move!
Its Week #3 of the Live Well San Diego 5K Fitness Challenge! Doing the same exercise routine can be boring. That is why we are challenging you to find new ways to stay active. Whether it’s mixing up your commute, trying a new workout, or getting the family involved, there are so many ways you can create fun and engaging workouts.
This Week's Daily Challenges
Day 15: Add 2.0 miles or +4400 steps to your baseline routine. This is the equivalent of walking about 40 minutes or jogging about 24 minutes.
Day 16: REST
Day 17: Add 2.0 miles or +4400 steps to your baseline routine. This is the equivalent of walking about 40 minutes or jogging about 24 minutes.
Day 18: BOOST - Add 2.5 miles or +5500 steps to your baseline routine. This is the equivalent of walking about 50 minutes or jogging about 30 minutes.
Day 19: REST
Day 20-21: Add 2.5 miles or +5500 steps to your baseline routine. This is the equivalent of walking about 50 minutes or jogging about 30 minutes.
