The County of San Diego Department of Public Works is responsible for ensuring the ongoing operation and maintenance of privately-owned Structural Best Management Practices (BMPs) in the unincorporated County.

Have you received your verification package? In your verification package, you will find a list of the the structural BMPs that you are responsible for maintaining and an Operation and Maintenance Verification form to document your BMP maintenance. Submitting information contained in these forms satisfies a responsible party’s obligation to demonstrate annual proof-of-maintenance.

You can now submit your Operation and Maintenance Verification forms electronically using our new web application. Submit your forms by September 2, 2019.
