July 30, 2017 - Attend the Live Well San Diego 5K & Partner Discovery EXPO!
The Live
Well San Diego 5K is an annual event that brings thousands of San
Diegans together for a run/walk and an interactive, family-friendly Discovery
Expo in support of a healthy, safe and thriving San Diego County.
In
partnership with the San Diego Blood Bank, this year's event is an opportunity
for participants to be physically active, enjoy quality time with their
neighbors and community members, and connect with dozens of participating
partners sharing information and resources. Benefiting the life-saving work of
the San Diego Blood Bank, this event also supports the Live Well San
Diego vision of a San Diego region that is Building Better Health,
Living Safely and Thriving. Come on out to the Waterfront Park on July 30th for
some family fun in the sun!
For those unable to pick-up their
packets prior to the event there will be an opportunity on race day at the site
beginning at 6:30 a.m.

Visit the Live Well San Diego Booth at the 5K Partner Discovery EXPO on July
30th with your Daily Fitness Calendar Log Sheet to receive a free Live Well San Diego item, while supplies
last. Take a picture at our photo booth to commemorate your achievement and
connect with other 5K Fitness Challenge participants.
