If
you find yourself caught in a workout rut, it might be time to try a new location
to make your workout feel more exciting and enjoyable. Below are 6 resources to help you change up your routine:
Circulate San Diego’sWalking Maps offer a list of good walks
around San Diego County. They
provide the distance, level of
difficulty, a narrative of interesting facts and directions for where to walk.
City of OceansideSan Luis Rey
River Trail - This multi-use trail is 7.2 miles, one way, from the Neptune access
(west end) to the eastern-most point on the College Bridge.
City of EncinitasWalk Wednesdays - Some of the City’s favorite
walks and hikes to get you out and exploring Encinitas, including community
parks, trails and beaches.
City
of Del MarPublic
Trails – Offering an interactive and downloadable map of Del Mar public
paths and trails for enjoying the community.
City of Chula VistaGreenbelt
Trail - Walking, hiking, jogging, biking and even horseback riding. You can do it all in Chula Vista. Check out the Greenbelt Trail pocket map.
In
the unincorporated area of Ramona, you can walk along Main Street to enjoy the
ever growing Ramona
