days, driving from activity to activity, that it can sometimes be difficult to get
in a healthy meal. A little bit of planning can help curb your hunger until you
can make a healthy choice.

Go foods ahead of time – Pack healthy snacks in a small cooler or bag before
you leave. Things like fresh fruit, veggies, nuts or crackers will help to
quell hunger in a pinch. Whether you are at work or running errands, healthy

replace them with sliced fruit and swap out fried meats for grilled.
Read
the nutrition label – Pick snacks low in calories and sugar, and double-check
