Lisa Murphy Selected as

Salinas' Next Assistant City Manager

Salinas, CA – City Manager René Mendez has appointed Lisa Murphy as Salinas' next Assistant City Manager! Lisa will begin on February 24, 2025, and brings over 24 years of leadership experience serving most recently as Deputy City Manager for the City of Santa Cruz and previously serving in roles as Director of Human Resources with the City of Santa Cruz and Administrative Services Director for the City of Capitola.
