Dear Friends and Second District Residents,
In honor of International Women's Day on March 8, the County of Riverside created the Women's Inspiration Awards to celebrate women's social and economic accomplishments throughout our County. This year, we honor women throughout each district who have aimed to put their community first through innovation, efforts to bring social and economic change, and diligence to create a better society.
Additionally, each Supervisorial District will select a Woman of the Year award winner within Riverside County to be presented at the March 7 Board of Supervisor's Meeting at 4080 Lemon Street, 1st Floor, Suite 127, Riverside, CA 92501.
For more information and to find the application, please visit https://rivcodistrict2.org/news/2023-woman-year-call-nominations.
Nominations are still open, so please submit your applications to Amber Smalley at ASmalley@RivCo.org by March 3, or call our office at (951) 955-1020 if you have any questions.
April is dedicated to innovation in Riverside County and will showcase many innovative and entrepreneurial activities and events. Technology, entrepreneurship, and leadership advances are happening throughout Riverside County. Please join us to highlight these successes and learn all that the County has to offer to support business growth by participating in our Fast Pitch Competition.
If you want to present an innovation to our judges and your business is located in Corona/Norco/Eastvale/Jurupa Valley, the application deadline is March 13. For more information, please visit https://www.mychamber.org/innovation-month/.
Sincerely,
|

The Eastvale Chinese American Association is a non-profit corporation registered with the State of California and the federal government. The association welcomes Chinese residents, relatives, and friends from Eastvale and neighboring cities. The association aims to become a platform for Chinese residents in Eastvale to connect, communicate and gather to carry forward and inherit the traditional Chinese culture and customs.
The District Two team celebrates this nonprofit and its excellent guidance in supporting Chinese residents in the Second District.
