We recognize our community is facing unprecedented times and want to remind our customers about the RPU SHARE program. The SHARE program assists eligible residents with their utility bills and deposits. Visit RiversidePublicUtilities.com/Assistance for more information.


As a reminder, please note that NO utility shut-offs will be undertaken through the duration of the COVID-19 emergency. However, customers are still responsible for monthly utility charges. To discuss additional options for paying your utility bill(s) after the COVID-19 emergency, please contact Customer Service at 951-826-5311.
