Riverside County Workforce Development Center: Rapid Response Services During Coronavirus Pandemic

No cost services are available for individuals unemployed as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic. Please contact us for information.

What is Rapid Response?
• A tailored workshop designed to assist employees facing layoffs

Who Provides Rapid Response Services?
• Rapid Response teams are composed of local and state workforce development agencies in partnership with the America’s Job Center of Californiasm Network.

How do I obtain Rapid Response Services?
• Employers can coordinate a Rapid Response Services Workshop for employees that will be scheduled utilizing Zoom during the Coronavirus pandemic.
• Employees can also contact the Riverside County Workforce Development Center via e-mail at workforcehelp@rivco.org or via telephone at (951) 955-0185 to discuss their individual needs during this difficult time.

Rapid Response teams will provide information in the following areas:
• Access to Riverside County Workforce Development Career Coaches
