 The City of Riverside named Al Zelinka as its new City Manager in July 2018, citing his devotion to public service and more than 25 years working collaboratively to build community.
Zelinka has worked for the City for six years, the past three as Assistant City Manager. He most recently oversaw the Community and Economic Development Department; Parks, Recreation and Community Services; the Public Works Department; and the Office of Communications, which includes the City’s public information and marketing functions.

As a friendly reminder, no motor vehicles shall be operated on the Airport except on roadways, parking areas or places that are designated for such vehicles. Please make note of the following key areas:
- The maximum speed shall not exceed fifteen miles per hour on ramps and around or near buildings.
- Automobile parking is NOT allowed in fire lanes or on the Airport apron.
- All visitors and aircraft owners utilizing the terminal apron area of the Airport must park all automobiles in the designated parking spaces located in the terminal building parking lot.
- No motor vehicle shall be left unattended in any taxilane, between hangar rows or designated no parking areas. When driving personal vehicles (automobiles, bicycles and golf carts), drive inside the white marked service roads for optimal safety.

Every August monthly rent is adjusted by the Consumer Prince Index commonly referred to as CPI. Adjustments are made annually as identified in lease agreements. The CPI adjustment for the 2018-19 billing cycle is identified as 2.90%.
All August invoices will reflect the modified rent amount. For those on automatic payment please review the billing statement and adjust accordingly. Respectively, utility and tiedown fees are not subject to CPI adjustments.
