The Innovative Clean Transit (ICT) regulation requires all California transit agencies, regardless of size, to submit and update their agency and bus fleet information annually starting in 2021 (title 13, California Code of Regulations, section 2023.8).
The web-based Innovative Clean Transit Reporting Tool (ICTRT) will be available from February 23, 2026 through March 31, 2026, for transit agencies to report all of their 2025 bus purchases and fleet information. Please mark these important dates on your calendar.
The current ICTRT has the same set up and functions as the last round of reporting. Transit agencies can refer to the ICTRT Guidance Document and instructional webinar to learn about the ICT reporting requirements and how to use the ICTRT.
