By notice dated September 9, 2025, posted on the California Air Resources Board (CARB or Board) rulemaking website on September 23, 2025, and published in the September 26, 2025, California Regulatory Notice Register, Register 2025–0909–05-Z, CARB announced it would conduct a public hearing to consider Proposed Amendments to the On-Road Heavy-Duty Engine and Vehicle Omnibus Regulation and to the Low Carbon Fuel Standard Regulations, and to Permanently Adopt the Emergency Vehicle Emissions Regulations. The hearing was scheduled for November 20, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., at the California Environmental Protection Agency, California Air Resources Board, 1001 “I” Street, Byron Sher Auditorium, Second Floor, Sacramento, California.
Please Be Advised that CARB will not hear these items at the November 20, 2025, hearing. The hearing on these items has thus been postponed to a future date and time. A subsequent notice will follow in the future with more information, including the date, time, and location of the rescheduled hearing. The public comment period for the regulatory action, which began on September 26, 2025, and which closes on November 10, 2025, has not been extended.
