Background
The Innovative Small E-Fleet (ISEF) Pilot Project is a set-aside within the Clean Truck and Bus Incentive Project (HVIP) designed to support small fleets and individual owner operators in accessing zero-emission vehicles. Through ISEF providers, small fleets with 20 or fewer vehicles and less than $15 million in annual revenue have an opportunity to access the benefits of the vouchers through all-inclusive leases, peer-to-peer truck sharing, truck-as-a-service, and other alternative business models.
