The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is making available a list of questions and has opened a public solicitation for information to aid in the implementation of Senate Bills (SB) 253 (Wiener, Statutes of 2023) and SB 261 (Stern, Statutes of 2023), both as amended by SB 219 (Wiener, Statutes of 2024). We invite all interested stakeholders to provide responsive information to inform implementation of the California Climate-Disclosure Legislation.
Responses should be submitted through the public comment docket. This request for feedback will be open for 60 days and all submissions will be publicly posted.
This information solicitation step is crucial for gathering important information from a wide range of stakeholders, helping CARB to develop effective approaches for the implementation of these bills.
