HARP Update

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released updated health tables for the Hot Spots Analysis and Reporting Program (HARP) Air Dispersion Modeling and Risk Tool (ADMRT), Risk Assessment Standalone Tool (RAST) and Emission Inventory Module (EIM). These updates contain new acute, 8-hour, and chronic reference exposure levels (RELs) for Notice of Adoption of Reference Exposure Levels for 1-Bromopropane (106-94-5) adopted by the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) on April 28, 2023.

To get the new health database, select the “Help > Check for Updates” feature in the main menu of each program. This feature will automatically download and update the health databases. Once downloaded, restart each program to use the new health databases.
