The Innovative Clean Transit (ICT) regulation requires all California transit agencies, regardless of size, to submit and update their agency and bus fleet information annually starting in 2021 (title 13, California Code of Regulations, section 2023.8). The web-based Innovative Clean Transit Reporting Tool (ICTRT) will be available from February 1, 2023, through April 28, 2023, for transit agencies to report their bus purchases and fleet information as of December 31, 2022. The current ICTRT has the same set up and functions as the last round of reporting. Transit agencies can refer to the 2022 ICTRT Guidance Document and instructional webinar to learn about the ICT reporting requirements and how to use the ICTRT.
