The California Air Resources Board (CARB or Board) staff announces the release of the Proposed 2022 State Strategy for the State Implementation Plan (Proposed 2022 State SIP Strategy).
CARB staff also invites you to participate in a public workshop on August 23, 2022 to discuss the proposal. The August 23rd workshop will highlight updates since the January 2022 release of the Draft 2022 State SIP Strategy, including covering the results of the macroeconomic analysis included in Appendix A, followed by an extended opportunity for you to ask questions and engage in discussion with CARB staff. The Proposed 2022 State SIP Strategy is currently scheduled for Board consideration in September; hearing to be announced via a subsequent public notice and broadcast.
The public workshop will be held on Zoom with an available call-in option. The meeting will be conducted in English with Spanish interpretation available.
