HARP Update

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released updated software to the Hot Spots Analysis and Reporting Program (HARP) software suite.  These updates include bug fixes and corrections to transcription errors in the OEHHA Air Toxics Program Guidance Manual for Health Risk Assessment and Exposure Assessment and Stochastic Analysis Technical Support Document.  For more information on the updates to the HARP software, please see the Version History details on the HARP website

Note: This update does not include the new pollutant list for the 2022 Amendments to the Emission Inventory Criteria and Guidelines Regulation.  CARB staff are in the process of updating the CEIDARS pollutant and HARP health tables.  The Consolidated Table of OEHHA/CARB Approved Risk Assessment Health Values is currently being updated as well.

Note: Please uninstall the older version software before installing any of the above software.  Although uninstalling HARP software will only remove HARP program files, we recommend backing up your data before uninstalling the software to prevent accidental data loss.
