The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released a new Hot Spots Analysis Reporting Program (HARP): Emission Inventory Module.  This update includes bug fixes.  For more information on the updates to the HARP software, please see the Version History details on the HARP website.

Note: Please uninstall the older version software before installing any of the above software.  Although uninstalling HARP software will only remove HARP program files, we recommend backing up your data before uninstalling the software to prevent accidental data loss.
