HARP Update

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released updated health tables for the Hot Spots Analysis and Reporting Program (HARP) Air Dispersion Modeling and Risk Tool (ADMRT), Risk Assessment Standalone Tool (RAST), and the Emission Inventory Module (EIM).  These updates contain new acute, 8-hour, and chronic reference exposure levels (RELs) for toluene adopted by the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) on August 20, 2020.

To get the new health databases, select the “Help > Check for Updates” feature in the main menu of each program.  This feature will automatically download and update the health databases.

Please note the health databases contain health values for pollutants that are currently listed in the Emission Inventory Criteria and Guidelines.
