Plenary by Soraya Sutherlin of Emergency Management Safety Partners, sessions on episodic measurements and long term measurements of emissions as well as a deep discussion on recent case studies.
Thursday, November 7, 2019
Sessions will revolve around emissions estimation, routine modeling and episodic modeling. Day two will finish off by beginning the policy and community involvement session with a panel discussion on the ideas around the communities right to know.
Friday, November 8, 2019
The policy and community involvement session will continue with two more panel discussions on policies to address refinery and industrial emissions and various case studies. We will conclude the symposium with a panel discussion on the week's topics and where to go from here.
