The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released updated health tables for the Hot Spots Analysis and Reporting Program (HARP) Air Dispersion Modeling and Risk Tool (ADMRT), Risk Assessment Standalone Tool (RAST), and the Emission Inventory Module (EIM). These updates contain new acute, 8-hour, and chronic reference exposure levels (RELs) for 1,6-Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI), adopted by the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) on September 6, 2019.
To get the new health databases, select the “Help > Check for Updates” feature in the main menu of each program. This feature will automatically download and update the health databases.
