Portable Equipment Registration Program - Tier 1 Engine Information

Upcoming Deadline

Tier 1 engines registered in the Statewide Portable Equipment Registration Program (PERP) are subject to upcoming deadlines.

  • Last postmark date PERP will accept for change of ownership and low-use or emergency use modification requests to Tier 1 engine registrations is July 1, 2019.  Requests that are postmarked after this date will be denied.
  • Companies with active Tier 1 registrations in PERP will be receiving new red color placards along with updated registration documents and stickers within the next month.
