Red Sticker Regulatory Workshop

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) will be holding a public workshop to discuss the updated regulatory proposal for off-highway recreational vehicles (OHRV).


The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites interested parties to participate in a public workshop on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, in El Monte, California, to discuss the updated proposed regulatory amendments for Red Sticker off-highway recreational vehicles (OHRV).  The purpose of this workshop is to present and solicit public feedback on a draft regulatory proposal that incorporates comments from stakeholders from previous workshops.  Staff will discuss the projected costs and emission benefits of the regulatory proposal.
