HARP Update

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released updated health tables for the Hot Spots Analysis and Reporting Program (HARP)

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released updated health tables for the Hot Spots Analysis and Reporting Program (HARP) Air Dispersion Modeling and Risk Tool (ADMRT), Risk Assessment Standalone Tool (RAST), and the Emission Inventory Module (EIM).  These updates contain the new 8-hour and chronic inhalation reference exposure levels (RELs), and a revised acute REL for ethylene glycol mono-n-butyl ether (EGBE), adopted by the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) on May 4, 2018.

To get the new health databases, click on the “Help --> Check for Updates” feature in the main menu of each program.  This feature will automatically download and update the health database.  The health database can also be downloaded and updated manually by clicking on the “ADMRT Health Data” and the “EIM Health Data” buttons below.  Please read the readme file contained in the zip file for instructions on how to install the new health databases.
