By notice dated March 8, 2018, the California Air Resources Board (CARB or Board) announced it would conduct a public meeting to consider a proposed Community Air Protection Funds Supplement to the Carl Moyer Memorial Air Quality Standards Attainment Program 2017 Guidelines. The hearing was originally scheduled to be heard at the Sacramento County Administration Building, 700 H Street, Sacramento, California 95814.
