Public Work Group Meeting for the Zero-Emission Off-Road Freight Voucher Incentive Project

California Air Resources Board (CARB) staff will hold a public work group meeting to initiate discussion on the development of the Zero-Emission Off-Road Freight Voucher Incentive Project.  The Proposed Fiscal Year 2017-18 Funding Plan for Clean Transportation Incentives appropriates $40 million to this project to create a program that will bring about greater adoption of cleaner, commercially available off-road technologies by providing a streamlined way for fleets ready to purchase specific zero-emission equipment to receive funding.  The funding source for this project is the 2017-18 fiscal year Low Carbon Transportation Appropriation
(AB 134).  This work group meeting will provide an opportunity to participate with CARB staff and other stakeholders interested in the development and implementation of this project.

Space will be available for stakeholders who would like to attend in person, and all teleconference participants will have an opportunity to comment.  This work group meeting will not be webcast.  In addition, stakeholders interested in joining the project's work group should email Ms. Stella Ling-Taylor, Air Pollution Specialist.

The first work group will be held at the following date and time:

TIME:                 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 am (PST)
